How are those New Years resolutions working out for you? No really? I asked this question on my previous post, and today, I am excited to announce how YOU can get involved with a fun, riveting, and challenging kettlebell swing program guaranteed to swing you out of a winter slump!
It’s time to level up!
One of the main culprits to not making progress is diving head first into a murderous training program and rigid eating style. Sustainability is the name of the fitness game, and if you DON’T have a sustainable approach, you’re cruising for a bruising in terms of staying committed to the goals you set for yourself. Those first of the year crash and burn training and nutritional cycles will leave you feeling tired, burnt out, frustrated, and worse off, at risk for injury that can set you back even more. If you have found yourself in this category and have fallen off your fitness wagon, fear not!
YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
Kettlebell training, and specifically the kettlebell lift called the “swing”, has been tried and tested over decades to yield superior results WITHOUT the risk of injury or exhaustion. Even more, we have come up with a no non-sense nutritional approach to annihilate any anxiety surrounding what to eat / not eat. In short, our program is about to level you up into a stronger, healthier, leaner force to be reckoned with, and it call kicks off February 6th, 2017. HEADS UP! You will have to have basic understanding of the kettlebell swing, and we will also be incorporating the Turkish Get Up, Goblet Squat and Front Squat for this as well. Training will be require a 4 day commitment level out of the week. The program in it’s entirety is 4 weeks long! This is not a fatloss program per se, but most people WILL she some inches and pounds to the tune of 2-3 lbs per week. If all that sounds great and you meet the criteria. . .
