Janelle here of Primal Fitness Pittsburgh! I just wanted to put up a brief blog post about some of the upcoming events here at the facility and to remind you of the facility dates that are currently blocked off of the schedule.
First of all, our kick start program for May is still going strong. If you are ready to take charge charge of your health and overcome all those obstacles that have held you back before, be sure to sign up for our 8 session for $249. We have had a number of people jump head first into all the fun that is about to hit the facility in May, and with the level of eagerness of the new trainees, I can tell May is going to be our best month yet at the box! As a reminder, Primal Fitness Pittsburgh will be closed from April 26th through May 3rd. The facility will be shut down due to the Level I and Level II SFG kettlebell certification workshop in Chicago as well as Spring Training in Orlando. Sessions will promptly begin again on May 5th. Please continue to check our schedule online for updates regarding training schedules. Thank you for your patience during this time of travel.
Last but not least, Primal Fitness Pittsburgh will be adding a Body Weight Program design starting in May. This program will focus Primal Move and Strict calisthenic work. Due to the demand of more body weight training (and because all my current clients are addicted to Primal Move 😉 ) I have decided to add this program track as an option for current and new trainees.
