It’s Friday and this routine is FREAKY! Today we are combining a slow grind lift with two fast moving ballistic lifts that will sure challenge your strength and conditioning. Let’s just call today “Freaky Fitness Friday” and have ourselves some fun 😉
HERE WE GO!
Grab yourself a snatch test sized kettlebell or one kettlebell size below that (go to strongfirst.com or dragondoor.com for weight suggestions) and perform the following.
3 TGU R and L
6 Snatches R and L
9 Single Arm Swings R and L
Complete as many rounds as you can of this complex in 20 minutes.
Here’s a breakdown of how to perform this routine correctly. Word of advice, alternate the reps on get ups so you don’t tax your lats or your grip too much. I demonstrate how to alternate sides on the Turkish Get Up below!
