I live in the city of Pittsburgh, and this city is often called “The City of Bridges”. Bridges provide passages over obstacles and connect two points together. I am obsessed with the bridges here in Pittsburgh. They remind me of all the strong steel strength we have in this incredible city!
Speaking of bridges, I have created a training program that has bridged two areas of fitness together: strength and endurance. A few weeks ago I completed the X-Man obstacle race in Toronto, ON, Canada after having completed my level II Strong First Kettlebell Certification. I was able to complete the course in under 2 hours (solid time for having this be one of the toughest courses out there) and I had only focused on my kettlebell programming. A friend of mine who has a big name in the obstacle course world was floored by this performance.

The Bridge of Strength and Endurance: Beta Test Program
I am looking for 30 people to test my first ever strength and endurance program, and I will personally coach you through this program every step of the way. This is a 4 week kettlebell and body weight training program and you must be able to commit to 4-5 days worth of training during these 4 weeks. You also should have a basic understanding of the fundamental kettlebell lifts (i.e. swings, get ups, presses, cleans, squats and snatches). Expect to get leaner, faster and stronger than you ever though possible with this program!
