Happy Monday to yinz! 😉 Hey folks! I am super excited to announce our newest client of the month (or how we like to call it “beast of the month”) at the studio. During the month of February, our clients here at Primal Fitness Pittsburgh competed to get the most number of kettlebell snatches done within our 28 day period. We say some incredible feats of strength and many new personal records being set in terms of number of snatches completed in a work out. Some of our clients have increased their conditioning to the tune of getting 160 snatches completed in 10 minutes (yowza!) and others have seen 10-15 pound increases in the weights they are using. I am super excited for all of you! way to go! Here are some highlights from this incredible month!

Alex had a total of 880 snatches for the month of February! WOOT WOOT! Way to go girl! We are so so proud of you! 😀
