We’re wrapping up our pull month here at Primal Fitness Pittsburgh, and I am happy to report that we have a new client success story that is really going to knock your socks off!
Six months ago, Coleton Baggett contacted me about getting stronger for pull ups and for his legs. Originally, Coleton was hell bent on nailing a heavy pistol squat as he saw my 32kg pistol squat video on youtube. Over time, we were able to work his body weight pistol squats, but more so his pulling strength.
This. Dude. Is. STRONG!
Our goal for pull up month was to make sure we could get as many pull ups done as possible or do a single, 1 rep max weighted pull up. Coleton was able to do a pull up with the 40kg kettlebell and attempted the beast (48kg) kettlebell within his month of training. Here’s the exciting footage below.
